Hello! My name is Bronwyn. My surname is even longer so that's why I went with My Purple Daisy (just in case you were wondering.) I'm based in Blackfield, Southampton and absolutely love photographing all things love.
I studied, trained and practised as a solicitor in South Africa for 10 years. It's during this time that I met my husband. I wasn't looking for love but I fell right into it at a music festival and the rest is, well, history. We have been married since January 2015 and even though he drives me mad somedays, he is most definitely the yin to my yang. He is my go to guy. The father of my beautiful boys. My rock.

After getting married we decided to move to England. I traded adversial litigation for a camera and I haven't looked back. That's also about the same time I kicked booze in the butt and started on my journey of self-discovery and self-love. It didn't happen overnight. It took me a while and if truth be told, it was my first pregnancy that made me fall in love with my body. Seeing it transform to grow my son gave me a love and appreciation for my body and myself that I hadn't experienced before then.

On 27 April 2017 I became a mother. I had an elective c-section. I didn't feel overcome with love when they placed his heavy little body on my chest. I felt a bit disconnected and sad that I never felt the rush of love you see in the movies. That was difficult to deal with but just hours after that I felt a love that I have never felt before. 1) I love moving. Spinning, dancing, jumping. It all makes me feel freeeee!
2) I'm not afraid to make drastic changes to my hair. 2022 might be the year that I shave it all off!
